A: It’s never too soon to start planning your event! A 2+ week notice is helpful, and you are more likely to have the color selections & date you want available. However, it is always worth inquiring because we accommodate plenty of last minute orders.
A: Lou Balloons does not guarantee that the balloons will last for any certain amount of time after installation. However, it is not uncommon for an indoor garland to last weeks or even months!
A: Grab n' Go garlands are available in 4‘-6' strands if a client would like to install themselves. Grab n' Go garlands come styled and ready to be hung. Hanging materials and instructions are provided.
A: After installation the balloons belong to the client and they are welcome to use or dispose of them as they wish (please do so responsibly & avoid littering), however, take down service is available to add on to your order for installations 20’+ .
A: The “matte look” you are seeing in photos on Pinterest and Instagram is typically due to 1 of 2 things: 1- The balloons have been in the sun and oxidized giving them a matte finish 2- It’s a filtered photo. Although some balloon colors have “matte” in the name to indicate that they are not shiny, there are actually no true matte balloons. Up close, every balloon has at least a slight latex look. We can definitely make sure your garland doesn’t have any pearlized balloons or traditional “see-through” balloons & that it consists of fashionable/trendy colors, but please note that it will not be 100% matte.
